Bow Huff did not set out to start a sprinkler company. Growing up, he watched his dad build a pest-control business through hard work, learning as he went and relying on a team.

When Bow began fixing sprinklers, one job led to another. He saw that the work could become something bigger: a specialized service business and an opportunity for people willing to work for it.

He is franchising True Flow to give local owners the team, mentorship, and support he believes make that work possible—so they can build something of their own without doing it alone.
